Gary Davies

Gary Davies (Director & Public officer for West Aussie Reptiles) is a senior reptile handler for the West Australian Reptile park with over 20 years experience in handling, identifying, photographing and studying West Australian reptiles.   Many reptile & research institutes have requested his assistance and advice over the years, including "National Geographic America”, “Murdoch University”, government wildlife officers, authors, journalists and various local rangers – to name a few. 

He has, over the past 20 years, removed & relocated countless numbers of venomous & non-venomous reptiles from suburban premises with approved, government issued permits. 

Also being a member of the “West Australia society of amateur herpetologists” since its inception in 1990 
Gary has been involved in a number of field trips & reptile surveys throughout Western Australia. 

Gary is now the current President of The West Australian Herpetological Society Inc (WAHS).

WEST AUSSIE REPTILES PTY LTD. was registered on the 25th day of September 2002 under the corporations act 2001.  
The purpose of this company, in accordance with Wildlife conservation (Reptile and Amphibians) regulations 2000,

Over three years ago, Belle Lockerby left her nice ice cream eating corporate job to be a family friendly entrepreneur.

 

As the founder and CEO of rise365  Belle created Western Australia’s first mumpreneur101 workshops, which have now been running for three years.  

 

She has been nominated for the Telstra Business Womens Awards, and Western Australia’s Entrepreneur of the Year  and is passionate about creating sustainable change for individuals, communities and organisations.

 

Belle has worked for large corporates, defence, not for profit and with small businesses to create sustainable change. She even has a post grad in change management, and with a background in Business and Marketing, she gets that there is no one size fits all solution in business or in life, but there are tools, tips and tricks that certainly help! 

 

Belle will be offering a 2 hour workshop for mums and also presenting on stage at the 2016 Hot FM Rural Living Expo on the 12th March.
